Leola Co offers a range of both handmade and imported pet accessories.
All product descriptions will tell you if the item is handmade or imported however the best way to know is if a product ends in $0.00 it is handmade and if it ends in $0.95 it is imported.
Please also know that out HQ located in Wangara is now closed, we have moved back home to continue creating your items and have a family life balance. If you wish to see our items in person please go in store to visit one of our stockists.

RETURNS & CARE POLICY
Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please ensure you select your items carefully prior to purchasing. If you wish to change your order please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate however once your order is made there is no exchanges or refunds.
If there is a fault with your product please email us within 4 days and provide images and detailed information about what is wrong with the product. We will look into the situation and either offer you a replacement or a store credit.
All items should be hand washed/spot wiped only and air dried out of direct sunlight - excluding vinyl printed bandanas they should not be ironed or come into contact with water at all.
We recommend you remove your items prior to rough or dirty play to ensure the quality of the product lasts. Our items are not recommended for dogs who enjoy chewing.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping time frames are added on after the order processing time has been completed.
Leola Co does not take any responsibility for any postage loss or postage damage to your items that may occur during the postal process. You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. We only use Australia Post to send our items - you can follow your tracking on their website.
If your item is lost or damaged you must first contact Australia Post, they will provide you with relevant information as to where your parcel is. If they deem your parcel to be 'lost' you must forward us the email with your case number - we can get a refund amount of your order up to the maximum value of $100. We then must contact Australia Post ourselves and request compensation/a refund - this can take up to 7 business days. Once we receive the refund we will offer you a refund, replacement or store credit to resend your items.
If for some reason your parcel is stopped at customs and tax is required to be paid Leola Co takes no responsibility for these charges.
